Mike McTighe, non-executive chairman
Mike McTighe is a well-known and respected chairman with a powerful blend of strategic skills and deep knowledge of technology-related markets. In addition to his role at CamSemi, he is chairman of Frontier Silicon Holdings Ltd, a leader in the very latest digital radio and mobile digital TV ICs and as former chairman of Alphamosaic, he was responsible for guiding the successful sale of that company to Broadcom Corporation in 2004 for US $123 million. He is also chairman of Corvil Ltd, Phyworks Ltd and Nujira Ltd and holds non-executive directorships at Pace Micro Technology plc, Alliance & Leicester plc and London Metal Exchange Holdings Ltd.
Ian Lobley, non-executive director
Ian Lobley is a partner in 3i’s Venture Portfolio team – responsible for managing around $1.5 billion investments - and specialises in information technology and semiconductor investments. Key deals he has been involved in include: Bookham, Sophos, Merlin Communications and Nujira. In addition to his role at CamSemi, he is a director of a number of exciting young companies including The Cloud, Ipanema, Psytechnics, Netronome, Metalysis and Omprompt. He has served on various advisory boards including the European Objective One Programme and the European Technology Forum.
Dr David Gee, non-executive director
David is a director of TTP Ventures and focuses on electronic device and semiconductor businesses and manages investments in Cambridge Semiconductor, Azuro, Ocuity and Asic Ahead. David has ten years’ experience in business development and technology exploitation in a broad range of industries. In the early 1990s he founded a business providing advice on the application of broadband telecommunications in the automotive industry. He began his industrial career at an automotive design and engineering consultancy where he was responsible for the commercialisation of new technology.
  
Jens Christian Mathiesen, non-executive director
Jens Christian Mathiesen is a senior partner with Danish asset management group BankInvest New Energy Solutions, a fund specialised in investing in new energy technologies. He has more than 20 years’ experience in equity investments and capital markets transactions in a number of different areas. During his career Jens has held positions in the energy and financial sectors as well as having experience from start-up companies to large corporations. He serves on the boards of Marine Current Turbines Ltd, Vycon Inc., BioGasol A/S and UltraCell Ltd.
